Oz Safe provides a personalised onsite inspection at a convenient time, including the Form 23 compliance certificate for compliant barriers, or a fully detailed report of non-compliance, including pictures and explanations on how to rectify the works.

Rental Property Managers

Oz Safe has developed a process to help Property Managers to organise compliance for their Landlords’ pools and spas. For your convenience, we are happy to deal directly with tenants to arrange a suitable time for inspections and provide follow-up assistance for trades if rectification works are required. Following the inspection, the Landlord and Property Manager receive a Form 23 compliance report or a comprehensive report, including photos to illustrate what is required to make the barrier compliant.

Prospective Property Purchasers

Regardless of the construction year of the Pool or Spa, prospective purchasers of properties with a pool, can be assured that with a pre-purchase pool inspection, there will be no unforeseen potential costs, after settlement.
